excuse the lack of journal or anything, battalion is planning turnover and I got the lucky card of being sick with a fever

Seems I've been tagged. It would seem that has declared tag war! Nah I just thought it would be funny to make it seem that way >.<

The rules are as follows:

1- post the rules, simple enough ^^

2- Discuss 8 things about yourself in the journal.

3- I'll have to tag 8 more people as well (little arbitrary of a number but hey, what do I know ^^)

4- Lastly, give them the heads up that they've been tagged.


Now without further delay, my random factoids


1- I work for the US Navy, member of the Seabees

2- I'm married, got married about 4 years ago.

3- I play Monster Hunter, I enjoy being the front-line man that slashed untill the monster stops breathing. Good old fashion great sword.

4- Currently I'm up for orders, so you can all be afraid (who knows, I might pick someplace close to you)

5- So far, I'm a rookie with a tablet, but I think I'm getting the hang of it (soon I'll be home and able to get photoshop help from Kei)

6- I enjoy cosplay, although I'm very selective as to who I will cosplay (normally the flashy characters, like Zero or Rock Lee)

7- I'm currently stationed in California (although I'm on deployment right now) We're to eventually be completing our 7 month (8 for me, damn you DP) deployment.

8- Hmmm... I guess I can discuss some of our accomplishments, my first deployment was Iraq, mostly camp maintainence and building the boot-camp for Iraqi soldiers, Then I went to Sao Tome (a small island off the western coast of Africa) We built a large boating dock for their coastguard.... That same deployment we also went to Ghana and built a dual-purpose Naval/civillian medical clinic
Then I came to Okinawa, and am in charge of our MLO (Material Liason Office) where I issue, recieve and inventory the material for our projects.


Yeah, they're not the best factoids, but some of you might get a chuckle out of them ^^
